If you do not have a current survey, we can work from your plat or recommend a local surveyor before we set posts. Most townships and HOAs have setback rules, and we factor those in so your fence stays well within your property and well within the rules.

Option 2 — Vinyl:

Higher upfront cost, virtually no maintenance. No staining, no sealing, no rot. Modern vinyl comes in white, tan and several wood-look textures, and most carry warranties of 25 years or longer. The right choice for homeowners who want to install it once and forget about it.

We do. We call Miss Utility before any digging begins and coordinate the locate so your gas, water, electric, cable and irrigation lines are clearly marked and protected.

Most Delaware townships allow fences up to six feet in residential backyards and four feet in front yards, with HOA rules often setting stricter limits. We confirm the rules for your specific address during your estimate.
