Option 1 — Direct Home Improvement:

Decks, custom closets, basement finishing, fences, one-day bath updates, interior painting, gutter guards and small home improvement projects. Most of what makes a Delaware home feel finished after move-in. We come to you for a free on-site estimate.

Option 2 — Design-Build Remodel:

Full kitchen remodels, full bathroom remodels, projects that change layouts or move plumbing, cabinetry, countertops and tile work. These start at Bath Kitchen & Tile Center, our design and selection showroom serving Delaware since 1963. You visit us.

Yes. We often do combined projects for new homeowners, like a deck plus a fence, or a basement finish plus custom closets. Bundling projects can also save you on mobilization and scheduling.
We do not have a hard minimum. If a project is too small to justify a full estimate, we will tell you, and we may be able to handle it on a time and materials basis. Ask us.
