Sassafras Home Improvement has Delaware roots going back to 1963, when Bath Kitchen & Tile Center, now our showroom and design center, first opened its doors. We are actively planning expansion into Kent and Sussex County. If you live outside New Castle County and are interested in our services, get in touch and we will let you know when we are available in your area.
We focus exclusively on Delaware. We are not currently working in Pennsylvania or Maryland, even though Wilmington is close to both.
Most home improvement projects in New Castle County require permits, and the exact process varies by township. We handle the permit application, the inspections and any HOA paperwork as part of every project.
