Cost depends on the project, materials and scope. After a short on-site visit we give you a clear estimate with honest pricing for your specific project. The estimate is always free and there is no pressure to book.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Sassafras Home Improvement is fully licensed and insured in Delaware. We carry general liability and workers compensation, and we are happy to share documentation during your estimate.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the project. A custom closet can be a one-day install. A deck typically runs one to three weeks. A finished basement runs four to eight weeks. We give you a clear timeline during your estimate and keep you posted at every step.

Do you offer a workmanship warranty?

Yes. Every Sassafras project is backed by our workmanship warranty in addition to manufacturer warranties on materials. The details of both are walked through clearly during your estimate.
